Description

A Victorian "Composers" pottery wall plaque or charger by Doulton Lambeth, Burslem is guilded and designed in relief with central lyre surrounded by four vignettes against a foliate scroll ground impressed Mozart, Handel, Haydn and Bach to rim bearing im pressed factory marks to reverse.
Notes, Christie had the charger listed for sale similar like to this on sale on 28/02/1991, sale no 4199 and sold for £330.
Size approx 45 cm in diameter and in good condition.
